These Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to all current and future sales, offers, and promotions at V.I.P. Furniture & Bedding Cairns. They work together with our general Terms & Conditions.
By participating in any promotion, you agree to these terms.
1. General Promotion Terms
- All promotions are valid for the advertised period only or while stocks last.
- Offers cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or voucher unless explicitly stated.
- Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
- We reserve the right to end, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without notice.
- Delivery and installation fees are not included in promotional discounts unless stated.
- Advertised products are while stocks last. Once sold out, items may be made to order at the promotional price (unless discontinued).
- Promotional imagery is for illustration purposes only and may not accurately reflect exact coverings or finishes available.

4. Ad Platform Modification & Liability Disclaimer

- Pricing and Offer Accuracy: While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we are not liable for discrepancies caused by platform-driven changes.
- Responsibility for Final Display: It is the advertiser’s responsibility to review live ads and notify us of any issues.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms removes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty or not as described, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
